"We couldn’t ask for a better hotel experience. Actually it’s hard to call Casa Polanco a hotel; it’s more like a charming Hacienda. From the moment you arrive, you feel like you are staying with close friends or family. Charming staff, excellent breakfast and lunch items, and an excellent array of beverages, including liquor, beer, and wine, all at no additional charge. The rooms are wonderfully appointed and clean. We will definitely return to Casa Polanco on our next trip to Mexico City."

"Our suite was comfortable for four friends travelling together. There was ample room, dining and kitchen areas. The staff was friendly and accommodating and Martha (concierge) was readily available to answer questions via WhatsApp. We loved how modern everything was and enjoyed being in the Condesa neighbourhood. "Great room, great location! Could offer a few more amenities - bottled water wasn’t included in our stay beyond the first day, and they didn’t have scales to weigh out luggage. Bathroom products were very nice though, and the staff were lovely! "
