"The location is perfect for hanging around Juarez and walking to Roma Norte and not too far a walk to the historic centre. The decor is nice and the bed was very comfortable (though the sheets were not very soft). The hotel is above a Japanese restaurant and Mexican restaurant/bar, which give a nice vibe when arriving. "Everyone at Casa Donceles was extremely welcoming and accommodating. The room was also very clean and larger than we expected. Not to mention it is a very short walk to some of the best historic sites in the city. We will definitely consider staying here on future trips to CDMX. "

"If you are an American traveling to Mexico City I would not suggest this hotel. The reason being is the air conditioning does not work even though they say they have air conditioning I had a terrible sleep as it was 65° outside and God knows what in my room with the air conditioning supposedly working I complain and I was told if they switch me to another room it's going to be the same problem that was like 11:00 p.m. at night I fell asleep from exhaustion.
