The Green Park Boutique Hotel and Grand Suites - Chapultepec Parkfront

8/10 Good
"The hotel was very beautiful, and the staff was friendly and very helpful. However, a few issues affected our stay. The room had no coffee maker, so I ordered coffee through room service from the restaurant, but unfortunately it arrived cold. In addition, the toilet wasn't working properly, and we had to call someone to come to the room and fix it. Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the staff provided good service, but I believe you should address these issues to improve the guest experience."

8/10 Good
