"I have been to Mexico several times. This was, by far, the best resort I have ever been to. We loved everything about it! The staff are absolutely incredible. They treated us like family! The food was unbelievable...absolutely delicious! The resort was spotless, very clean and well taken care of. The rooms were extremely comfortable and beautiful. There is a peace at this resort that I have never felt at any other place. The staff... Fransisco, Antonio, Alexis, Daniel, Guilermo(Jerry)...and especially Katherine, Ignacio, and Pepe...were the kindest, happiest, and hardest working people we have ever met. We loved getting to know them, and honestly, they felt like family by the time we left. We were sad to leave them. We will be back some day soon. If you have a chance to go to Devossion by Live Aqua Playa del Carmen, take it. You won't be disappointed! Best resort in Mexico!!!!"

"Was ok but that’s all. Amenities not great, restaurants not great, All very average and unless you want to be in the centre of Playa del Carmen probably much better options. Not great value for money. Importantly the response I go"

"The hotel bellman was super friendly & helpful!! What a great asset to this hotel! We used the rooftop pool & hot tub, both were nice & a good hot tub. Limited lawn chairs but more than usual & there was a big sitting area as well. I wish our room had a microwave. We had a jetted tub but the bathroom lacked privacy for having showers &.changing. "

"Great layout of resort. Beach during time we were there was not swimmable. Choose beach bungalows overlooking the ocean top bungalow if possible. Even if you get meal deals be prepared to pay tips at every meal. Very relaxing and staff is helpful. Get to meals early when it opens because when busy or towards end it feels rushed. Area felt very safe. Tours recommended by onsite tour guide were great! "

"Todo estuvo excellente, la atencion es buenisima nos sentimoa super consentidos, deade la llegada lezlie la recepcionista es super amable y amigable nos hizo el check in tan suave, nos dieron mimosas de bienvenida, la comida esta muy rica, en el restaurante mexicano tienen musica en vivo x las noches, carlos(charlie) como le llamamos mi esposo y yo, fue super atento no dudaba en recomendarnks y prepararnos tragos deliciosos, las hostess de los restaurantes super profesionales y el mesero del rooftop francisco es super buena onda, en general todos los meseros y todo el personal es muy atento de verdad 20/10 recomiendo este hotel y su servicio, sin duda regresaremos"
