"A great space. Not The Four Seasons...but this is Playa del Carmen. Spacious and clean. Great location. Other reviews raise concerns about noise from the street. I am a light sleeper, and was there during perhaps the three biggest party nights of the year - Halloween and Dia del Muerto. It was loud out on the street, but mostly quite quiet in our unit."

"Maya Villa Condo Hotel was the absolute best! Our condo was very clean, we'll equipped with a full kitchen and very quiet at night. The staff was very attentive from the time we checked in until we left. Security was present at night and a locked gate into the complex made us feel secure. A special shout out to Eric, the Bell Captain, who always seemed to arrive when we needed him! "
