"Really friendly staff. Awesome location. Quiet at night despite being right on the main strip"

"The AC mini split is right above the bed and was leaking right on our head. There were no soaps in the bathroom and none in the kitchen. The water gets turned off in the morning. We had a morning flight put and were leaving the condo at 5 am. We were not able to wash our hands or brush our teeth. Condo location is good, few steps to ADO which us convenient. "

"All the stuff working in this hotel are amazing they help me to all my needs, the hotel it self is okay you got what you pay for. Its a bit outdated but the location is great. Housekeeping is available everyday it just the house keeping attendant don’t clean very well thats my only concern. Other than that great people and good hotel for its price."

"We arrived after a rainstorm, and the room ceiling literally leaked. Switched to another room - never had any hot water. The hotel staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The grounds/pool area were delightful, oppulent. The connection to the Ipanema restarurant provided exceptional food choices. Hoping they can fix the few flaws."

Hotel is very dark in the hallways and staircase, my husband missed a step twice and when catching himself on the popcorn walls he scrapped his hands and had bad skin peeling and was bleeding so bad we had to buy bandages.out of two elevators, one was out of service and the other made a terrible noise . Room had no hand towels, staff mentioned they didn’t have any due to an administration change. Breakfast was in a different hotel and out of three days, two...

"I booked this hotel because it provided 3 beds. Room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 teens. Air conditioning was working well, but there was no fridge. Noise could be a problem since it is located at 5th avenue. On Saturday it was noisy until 5am. Other days were better but not for people looking for a quite property. Easy access to ferry or restaurants. "
