"Tiles in pool need maintenance."

"They said free WiFi and there was no WiFi. They said safe box in the room and it didn’t work, towels were dingy and bed had stains and was old and rickety. I booked 9 nights yet only stayed one had to book another hotel and they refused a refund."

"The garden was beautiful. The shower felt like a spa. Everything was lovely. The staff was very knowledgeable. You do need more trash cans in the room but this dilemma is an easy fix. Loved our stay!"

"We had a series of unfortunate events: our electricity went completely out in our rooms. We had electricity twice during the day for 15 minutes each time. We had no way to watch TV, turn the air on or charge our phones. I understand things can happen but management did not attempt at anytime to compensate us for our inconveniences. They finally moved us to another room at 9:30pm but the new rooms had no internet. We went back to our original rooms.the next day once the problem was resolved....

"Location is great, but sadly the property isnt being maintained. The pools were dirty and tye room had 2 outlets in the weirdest of spots. I will say the room cleaning crew is great."

"We were very impressed with this hotel. The staff were very friendly, rooms clean and modern and the location is perfect and relatively quiet. Our only suggestion would be better lounging furniture on the rooftop terrace as shown in some photos. "

"Amazing staff and location! The room, specifically the bathroom, was in need of a deep cleaning. There was mold in the shower and you can tell they only do a very superficial cleaning. Also, just a heads-up, the hotel is next to a bar with a 2nd floor terrace and you can hear the music until very late."

"El lugar esta en una excelente ubicación, solo unas cuadras de la Quinta Avenida, hay un poco de ruido por la música de un lugar enfrente, pero nada que a nosotros nos molestara, (si eres exigente no es tu mejor opción) Teniamos un coche que estacionamos frente al edificio, hay un local de fresas(como referencia) NO HAY PERSONAL EN EL LUGAR. La entrada es autónoma, pero te envian los códigos de Acceso pro WhatsApp, asegurate de hablar con ellos antes de llegar. Tuvimos un pequeño detalle al...

"Fantastic hosts, in the heart of the bar, shopping, pedestrian district, stones throw from the beach, property is like an oasis from the bustle of the street. Rooms are clean and well appointed. Highly recommend!"

"The place is very colorful. The room was simple, a bit old, but clean. Wifi worked well. The manager and other guests were very nice. I had a good stay."

"Beautiful condo. Very clean and well maintained. Secure parking garage and entrance to condos. Friendly easy check in. Walking distance from the beach and 5a. Near the parties at night, but noise was not a problem. Breakfast on the beach was $20 coupon from the hotel but better to order separate at the restaurant if you don’t need juice and coffee and bread. "
