There is no staff on site and they rarely respond to any emergencies such as no water no electricity explosions in the building. Alarms are going off cleaner stealing theft inside the property you are charged for cleaning, but the cleaner does not clean but expects and demands tips the staff was very unprofessional when I contacted them if they responded I still have not heard back from them about my stolen property That I believe was by the staff cleaner, the nonworking toilet shower, the pigeons that are mating and pooping all over the balcony they do not clean it. The batteries on the digital access to the building and apartment do not work properly and constantly sounding alarms. It was overall a terrible experience over charges. They will ask you to leave Expedia and to go onto their platform in site and charge your card as they please they will then turn around and call you a liar when you report these things even if you send them photos, the loud construction noise and the party across the street that goes until three or 4 AM. This is not a place that you would be able to work from home in any way shape or form there was an explosion in the building. They will always tell you they will fix it in a couple hours and then that will drag on for days. The staff does not care.
