"We have a family of 4 two adults and two older teens. The food was great, views were amazing, staff was friendly when someone was there to help. Our complaints were that it was almost impossible to find a spot by the pool because people woke up early and put towels out on chairs to save spots and sometimes people wouldn't come to their seats for hours! Also, the room was super tiny and the ac did not work. Luckily we were only there for 3 nights. If we were to stay longer, that room would not have worked for a family of 4. We were also on the tenth floor and they don't have enough evelvators and they ook forever and a few times they weren't even working. I'm totally fine with waking the stairs, but for someone who can't walk that many flights of stairs, that would be super annoying. The workers also used the same elevators, which are very small, with their big bins of stuff, so sometimes you couldn't even get on if they were on there. "
