"We had a great experience at Mountain View Hot Springs. Everything was very clean, the food was good, and the service was excellent. I had the chance to stay both in a regular room and in one of the capsules, and both experiences were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, helpful, and always responsive whenever we had any questions. The price is definitely not cheap, but overall the quality of the stay and service was very good. "5-stars resort in the middle of West Tyan Shan mountains near large artificial lake. I stayed only one night but was pleasantly surprised by amenities (pool etc.) Very new, staff doing a lot and beyond. Surprisingly good chef in restaraunt- amazing desserts! Excursions available-it seems that they are well connected with local drivers. Highly recommend."
