"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Lissabon. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die tolle Lage – viele Restaurants und schöne Ecken waren gut erreichbar. Das Hotel war außerdem sehr sauber und die Terrasse hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen!"

"Excellent accommodation, outstandingly located in the historical centre. Great rooms, and very nice members of staff from reception, to the breakfast team (including the cook) to the cleaning team. A remarquable hotel and for us the two bed room suite was excellent too."

A little street noise at night, but otherwise a perfect stay with our family. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. We would stay here again, while in Lisbon."

"Ich habe mit meinem Freund einen mehrtägigen Städtetrip in Lissabon gemacht. Die Lage ist soweit gut, es sind mehrere Supermärkte und Bäcker fußläufig in der Nähe, auch der Lissabon Airport ist nicht weit entfernt. Größere Einkaufszentren sind mit dem Bolt gut zu erreichen, wer sonst gerne läuft, kann vom Hotel aus auch gut nach Alfama laufen. Das Zimmer war grob ausreichend sauber, es waren hier und da an einigen verstecken Stellen noch ältere Krümmel von Voraufenthalten zu sehen. Nur im...

"This was one of the best places we’ve stayed at in Europe. The apartments are so clean and very spacious. The location cannot be beat. Most of all, the customer service was impeccable. Joseph, (possibly the manager?), was so lovely and helpful and accomodating, as were the rest of the staff. We will definitely return here."
