"Older house with rented out rooms in old part of very cute little town … no elevator, but staff carried our suitcases up the stairs. Staff were very nice and helpful giving us information about the places to see and what to expect. Very convenient area so able to walk everywhere. We loved our 3 days there and the castles are all fabulous!"

"I should have taken my time reading the fine print because for some reason I thought when it said breakfast available it meant included and I also assumed that they offered airport shuttle service because I read it in the reviews but they also didn't provide that. So I will take some responsibility for not contacting the property directly to reconfirm before booking. Check-in was fine I guess. Quick but not much guidance given.
