"8th floor room was quiet, and clean. AC didn’t work very well so it was a bit stuffy. Staff were all great. Shuttle service to/from the airport was quick."

"Extremely disappointed for having experienced a few unpleasant moments. Our stay included 2 rooms, both next to each other. The 4 of us were abruptly awaken by loud drilling coming from the floor above us, and lasting approx. 45 min. My sister and brother in law immediately called reception and they were told "they are repairing and need to drill". My brother-in-law asked to speak with the manager and he was told he would get a call by 9AM. It didn't happen!. He was asked if we all had not been made aware in advance of the work scheduled the following morning. Had we known, we would have rejected the rooms! Noone likes to wake up that way! The overall service was "indifferent"! Of the 4 people at the reception standing there while we checked in, only one greeted us while the others just stood there without even giving eye contact! The only positive was breakfast; good variety, but again, the majority of the staff was not friendly or welcoming. The floors where the rooms are do need repairs and upgrading. Needless to say, we won't be staying in that location in the future."

"Well the ambience was excellent, but they could be little more humane, because they stick to the check in time strictly, i have been to other hotels were the staff understanding the tiredness of the journey though it's well before the check in time are courteous and allow us to stay. If the hotel management works on this it will be great"

"A spectacular hotel close to the airport in Lisbon. Very convenient for early morning flights. Breakfast bar available from 0300 hrs for early departures. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff."

"Location is ok close to the airport. Other then that it an average 3star like hotel. Rooms are small bathroom is small . Bathtub is very high feel like you are climbing up the mountain."

"The staff were amazing. The room was decent. The area was incredible. Close to all transportation. A supermarket across the street was a plus to the place. The parking was pricey but easy."
