Yes, noisey air conditioner, mid city grill food below Average. Lousy internet reception and not much to watch on tv. Hallway to the rooms smelled like Liquor.

Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk
Check in.....arrived 3:30pm(Check in was 4pm). Was told my room was ready, but would have to wait 30 minutes. Huh? Or I could pay $25 to enter my "ready" room. I wasn't there 3 hours early and I get that there are early check in rules, but if the room is ready and it's only 20-30 minutes before 4pm, ...
