"We really liked it there. Peaceful, quiet and gorgeous view from our dome. Some staff, although all were nice, were not up to par on their jobs, but it is a new resort and they have some things to work on. We would go again in a heartbeat."

"Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help.
Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property. Bathtub had to be re-cleaned to shower in. Odd they even had a bathroom shower.
Pool: DOES NOT look like online photos. We thought it...
