"Bed bugs 🙅‍♂️ Luckily, we found them as soon as we entered the room and didn’t stay long. When I went to complain, I had to wait 20 min for the front desk admin to finish cleaning our units. Seems like a one-person show. When she returned, she said she wasn’t sure if she could process a refund and would have to contact the owner, so we left. Luckily, the refund was processed by next day."

"When speaking to the manager, it seemed super nice & well managed. Once we got to the property & entered it looked nice, but that was before looking closer… When we pulled down one of the futon beds, crumbs & yucky stuff FLEW everywhere. & when we covered that up with a sheet & then opened up a blanket to get some sleep after a long day of travels, we noticed a… peculiar… stain on the blanket. With there being a washer & dryer on site, that was enough for us to grab our things & leave....

"Close to airport and zoo"

"The motel could be better. There’s a whole bunch of unmatched indoor type of chairs and sofas outside the rooms that make the place feel getto. We arrived early hoping to be able to get our suitcases checked in so we can enjoy the beach but there was no one at the front desk even though the sign said the person would be there at 10am. She arrived around 11:30am. When another guest called the number posted, the man who answered was extremely rude to her. Once the lady who runs the place...

"Yes and every thing was excellent. Rick Manager-Owner super friendly and took his time to call me before arrival and day after to check on me. "
