"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"Well thanks to Expedia we got the wrong room and could not change because of third party booking. The hot tub wasn’t working which was a big part of our booking because we were traveling a long distance. Water pressure was terrible in sink and shower. The corridor to the room was hot because AC wasn’t working. Many reasons to be cautious next time I’m booking with Expedia and Homewood Suites."

"The place was clean and friendly staff with some good places to eat so you don’t have to leave the hotel just stay and have fun "

"The facilities at first appeared maintained until further inspection - The room was actually filthy as it relates to the floors (felt grimy and the stone in the bathroom areas were stained as well), the shower tub combo had broken handles and it looked as though they had been spray painted and the paint was chipping. Then there was the bedding. The bedding had stains on sheets and bedspreads and blankets. The towels did not smell good and there was hair on the new towels - Not my hair or any of...

"The staff was very nice and friendly, the room was very clean and the walk in shower was great.Lots of parking and the breakfast was excellent."

"Mattresses were hard. Next to the freeway so you can hear everything. No hairdryer. But it was spacious, clean, easy to get to, great water pressure, and liked that they had a microwave and the fridge was extra cold!"

"The check-in staff was very kind, everything else was disappointing. All towels had holes in them, the furniture was mixed matched. All the "fixed" places on the walls wete very obvious. Definitely needs to be updated."

"If I could give a negative I would. The fire alarm went off 3 nights straight for an hour at 1 am and the staff did nothing . The front desk guy was no where to be found for hours and half the staff are friends just joking around . We came here for a wrestling national tournament and when we went to cancel our remaining 3rd night the manager said she need to call the VP of the property to confirm if she could even cancel our room which is absurd and ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down...

"Floors, drapes , toilets are not cleaned"

"Booked for 2 nights. Only stayed 1. No refund for the 2nd night, even though Expedia told them to. Foreigners, am I right? Should've got refunded for the entire stay honestly. Entire place is trash. From the baseboards to the curtain slides to the flickering lights. Whole place smells like smoke. I highly recommend.... literally anywhere else."

"I’m so sorry that I’m late for my review, but I really do appreciate your staff especially K2. I was having a very rough time at the beginning of my stay. I did not enjoy the bathrooms and was told that the rooms that I have been assigned we’re on the list to get their bathrooms renovated, so I was assigned to a room with a disgusting bathroom that I could not be able to bathe myself nor my toddler after being put in a second room where the bathroom was actually much worse I broke down at the...
