"This was our second time coming back to Istria and Roxanich. We keep coming back because this place is next level. A truely beautiful hotel for design lovers and even better wine! The complimentary buffet breakfast (with mimosas!) is exceptionally tasty, with lots of options for vegetarians like myself. "Very cute apartment over 3 floors with a small but fully stocked kitchen. Good air con on top 2 floors. Short steep walk (7 mins) to the top of motovun. You check in at a restaurant up the hill and one of the staff then takes you to the apartment. Free parking nearby. Only real negatives were the shower cubicle which was way too small and quite a few mozzies in the evening when drinking wine on the terrace…"

"This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house."
