"Excellent and well-maintained facility, helpful and friendly staff, beautiful setting, breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful, diverse, and delicious. It's worth wandering through the expansive property- we kept discovering delightful little areas and lounges to enjoy. We had a ground-floor ocean view room near the infinity pool - highly recommended. Air-conditioning in our room was very nice in hot Mombasa weather. "I will never stay here again. I had a problem in which I got terribly sick from the food and all they offered was $10 off. When I had an issue, they were trying to hold my stuff hostage until I paid as if I ever said I wasn't going to pay. The food sucks too. Don't go here."

"Amazing view of the ocean and beach from the room. Staff was very healthful even when the AC unit had to be replaced, which was somewhat of an inconvenience. However, the atmosphere, beach views and access, the amazing food, and the helpful staff made up for any issues. I wish that they had a system to charge amenities and food to the room to pay all at the end of the stay, but overall loved my stay."

"The hotel is beautiful, has a lovely pool but it is far away in farmer’s field and very difficult to find. Google maps sent me in the wrong direction. There should be signs and clear instructions on how to get here. It’s easy if you take the right road from the main highway. Staff is friendly and helpful. "
