"While the hotel was beautiful I was sorely disappointed in the amenities. The pool did not have traditional steps to enter and made it impossible for me to use it. Also, the food was not good at all. Nothing we ate for the two days was good. The Starbucks coffee was horrible. Now the staff were extremely kind and in my opinion made up for the lack of amenities and terrible food."

"I like this hotel. This is my 2nd time here. I love that breakfast can be included in the hotel stay. The restaurant's food is amazing. The live jazz every Thursday on the rooftop, is lovely. Its in a prime location and I feel safe as a solo traveler. The staff is very welcoming & helpful."
