"It started on a good note, we came a day early and we could rent the room an extra day, quick response but weird, Venmo an individual before getting any information but ok. We got to the room and it was as cold as a refrigerator. I had read another review that there was only one shared thermostat in the house, so we found it on the fourth floor and it was set to air conditioner at 57° no problem, we turned the heat on to 66. That didn’t last long as someone kept setting it back to air...

"The staff was very helpful and easy going. The hotel is old and smelly. If your room is facing the street you will hear the cars and street noise from 4 am to 1 am of the next day. Very bad noise isolation. The hotel location is advertised as in Hollwyood which geografically it is but don't get fooled, it is in a corner of Hollwyood far from most of the attractions that Hollwyood has to offer.
