"The biggest issue that I have and I have stated here multiple times, is that people are forced to wait until exactly 3 pm to check in. People straggle in starting at about 2:45 pm and form a queue. The person at the front is insistent that you wait to 3 pm ( I’m sure this comes from management), but then it can take up to 30 minutes to check in because the process is so slow. "nice room and area.. has parking that is a perks."

"Parking is a little difficult for large trucks."

"I had one of the most spacious suites ever - 1 bedroom, kitchen area, two bath rooms and two other rooms."

"The staff and the breakfast was wonderful. The only thing is they don't serve lunch or dinner. Everything else was excellent."

"Appreciated the early check in, nice big room. Very clean. Valet took a little longer than expected, but appreciated the friendly staff."

"Great location for shows at the Bowl."

"What I like is free parking garage that gets monitored by a security guard which makes us feel safe. Room was squeaky clean and the bed was comfy! Nice views to look at during the mornings to get up. Definitely will come back next time we really enjoyed it!"

"There is a club attached to this hotel - if you’re here to party all night, great! If you need to sleep, not so great! The rooms need some maintenance (our shower was super junky and there was a lopsided lamp in our room) but the staff are very kind."
