"All the staff were super friendly and accommodating!! Housekeeping could use more training. For a boutique hotel, the cleanliness in the rooms and elevators was subpar. Train them to move items and "clean" under and around them, sweep up all items on the floor, then "mop", polish the beautiful wooden pieces of furniture (dirty and had greasy handprints on the front, sides, and tops), and sanitize the elevators (it looked like baby oil was smeared all over, looking messy and unclean). In Lot B, all lights were out, and that posed a safety issue for those walking at night, especially single women. I still gave 4 stars because overall it was a great location, well decorated, the sitting area had a peaceful ambiance, breakfast was great, and all the staff had pleasant attitudes! With that said, I would love to return, but would also love to see the above changes addressed and resolved on a consistent basis."
