"The location was great and allowed us to walk easily from the train station with our luggage and to tour the city attractions. Our room was very quiet and clean. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Frustrated that it was listed that laundry facilities were available but we found out when we arrived that they no longer had a laundry room."

"The welcome when we arrived was professional and friendly. They had popsicles to take due to the heat. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from including champagne and ingredients to make Bloody Mary’s. The room was just the right size for a couple travelers. The elevator is small but that’s to be expected and it worked great. Location is good for walking, very close to lots of shopping and the statue of David."

Things we liked: - Clean room and bathroom - Air conditioning - Central location/easy walking distance, but tucked away so it didn’t feel crowded - The windows blocked out all street noise - Felt very safe with multiple doors on site Personal preference area for improvement: - Perhaps add an additional mirror in the main room so second guest can get ready while other uses the bathroom"

Room was next to lift so could hear it going up and down. Great base for exploration of Florence if want to stay to close to main monuments."

"We stayed in the Romance Suite, it was VERY spacious, two bathrooms, comfortable bed, sitting area, and a balcony - though not wide enough to sit, it was long enough to walk. Rooftop pool with lots of space to lounge and get a drink at the rooftop bar. Very classy and high quality throughout. Good location, quiet. Amazing staff."
