"A true gem in Florence with wonderful hospitality
Hotel Settefiori was an absolute highlight of our trip. It is a family-run property, and their passion shines through in every single detail, from the tasteful room decor to the warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Upon arrival, we were given a complete personal tour: the host showed us around, pointed out all the amenities, and clearly explained how everything worked, including the air conditioning. The staff are exceptionally kind and attentive. My wife...

"Stunning breakfast options available, both à la carte and buffet. Rooms are well appointed. Water included in the room is confusing-it’s not clear if there is a charge. Same as slippers and flip flops. Surely they don’t reuse them. Soaps by dyptique are a treat while staying there. Rooms a big and clean and the bed is comfortable. Pillow preference was accommodated. Staff helped with taxi and direction options. Spa was lovely, included, however hot tub jets didn’t work. Staff...

"The apartment was advertised--beautiful architecture, lovely and clean decor, a very well appointed flat in a beautiful and well-maintained building. The renovations were very well done and the property manager is wonderful! There is plenty of closet space, the shower is spacious with great water pressure, and there is A/C if you need it. I wish I had planned a longer stay! I look forward to returning."
