"Room 5 the a/c had a difficult time keeping up wth the June heat. Staff was exceptional! Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Never needed a taxi during the stay. Walking distance to the train station."

However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the interior was much nicer than expected and had everything we needed, including air conditioning. The price was also reasonable, and overall, we felt it offered good value for the money."

"BB Florence View is a very nice property in the heart of Florence, this allows you walk most of the great places the city offers. Surrounded by great restaurants and shops. The property was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. If you have heavy suitcases it has a small elevator. This building it’s from 1600 but it’s very well kept."

"The hotel staff were amazing. They spoke perfect English. Was very helpful with any questions that we had. Gave us recommendations for things to see and places to eat. The location is amazing. It is downtown close to the train station and the Duomo. We were able to store our luggage prior to leaving on the train. The only thing that you should be aware of is there are several flights of stairs so the hotel is not accessible for certain accommodations. Europe was experiencing an extreme heat...
