"The staff were so accommodating and helpful. Especially patient and kind to my daughter and granddaughter at check-in when I was unable to arrive until much later. Communication between us and the hosts were timely and supportive. The staff who changed the towels and bins was also very pleasant and patient. The apartment was even nicer than anticipated and beautifully clean. The air conditioning worked well and was simple to figure out. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay in...

Un perfecto lugar incluso para una estancia larga en la bella Florencia. La única sugerencia para hacer este lugar inmejorable, es hacer el baño de la recámara principal más funcional en el área de la regadera porque al tener un cristal tan pequeño se moja todo el baño, y es imposible evitarlo. "Overall this is a great apartment - but the issue we encountered is related to the inaccuracy of the listing in regards to the beds. The listing states there are two double beds. It does not specify that the second bed is actually a pull out sofa bed. It's in a sitting room with sliding doors that does allow for privacy, but no bedside tables and the mattress is incredibly thin. It was not prepared when we arrived - I suppose because there were only two of us. We would not have booked if we knew...

"Room was large and clean. It had a view of the Duomo. It's conveniently located within walking distance of all the sites and the train station. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was tasty but limited seating."

"The welcome when we arrived was professional and friendly. They had popsicles to take due to the heat. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from including champagne and ingredients to make Bloody Mary’s. The room was just the right size for a couple travelers. The elevator is small but that’s to be expected and it worked great. Location is good for walking, very close to lots of shopping and the statue of David."
