My only complaint would be a lack of a workout facility (to work off all the pizza, pasta and bread) you will eat in Florence.. and the noise, especially on Wednesdays when the trash trucks start at 3 in the morning. The receptionist/general manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, walked us through the amenities of the room, and even coordinated a taxi for the following morning. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, and they even provided a couple treats for us in the room.
