"Excellent location, just a 5-min walk to the Santa Maria Duomo! Walkable to all key tourist spots like the Accademia Gallery and Ponte Vecchio. The room is clean and spacious, but the corridor and bathroom sometimes have a bit of smell, maybe due to air ventilation issue. Staff at the front desk were super friendly and gave us a warm welcome!"

"Fabulous old building but fully refurbished with modern suites. Only 12 suites, all unique with 2 on each floor. Loads of room. Staff fabulous. Only minus point is there’s no bar or restaurant, but it is located within an area that has literally hundreds on its doorstep. Would definitely stay there again."

"This is not a typical hotel so it does not have typical amenities. However, you cannot have a better location and all of the amenities that the property doesn’t have inside are just steps from the front door. There is nothing like waking up to a view of the Duomo and baptistery right outside your window. It was magical! Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend the property. "This property exceed all expectations! The receptionist/general manager went above and beyond to ensure we had a nice stay, walked us through the amenities of the room, and even coordinated a taxi for the following morning. The room was a lot bigger than we expected, the bed was comfortable, and they even provided a couple treats for us in the room. The location was very close to all of the attractions, especially the duomo (5-7 min walk). Highly, highly recommend! "

"Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations.
