"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They were so accommodating and hospitable they made sure we had everything we needed even met us outside the hotel and took our bags to our room. Gave us recommendations about the surrounding area and told us about the history of the building. The murals on the ceiling are so beautiful the rooms are just stunning I will 1000000% re-book this room when I come back to Florence "

"Our room was very quiet and well appointed. The bathroom was all marble with a wonderful shower with high quality towels and soaps. Breakfast was amazing with many sweet and savory options to choose from. Central location and convenient to the sites tourists want to see. I would book at this hotel again. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a taxi for our early morning departure. It's the best location, overlooking the San Lorenzo Cathedral, a 2-minute walk to the Central Market, and a short walk to the main attractions and the train station. It was not easy to find a room for a family of three in Italy, so I didn't expect to stay in such a spacious room. The library on the second floor was very beautiful. I wish I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this...

"Warm welcome at a fantastic location making it very easy to love Florence! Room was beautiful and well equipped with an amazing bathroom. Breakfast was a mix of off menu and small but perfectly formed buffet selection. Recommending the carbonara scrambled eggs and the avocado/papaya. The bar is gorgeous but we had drinks in their outside area within the square. The Front desk and wider team were fantastic throughout with great restaurant recommendations. Perfect stay, thank you."
