"Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. "

"We stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. The host greeted us upon arrival. The apartment was beautiful and clean. It was spotless and had a kitchen and daily room service.
The location was perfect - less than 6-minute walk to the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio. The apartment was secure. We were on the 2nd floor and there were two flights of stairs (no lift) but the host assisted us with our luggage.
There was no parking provided but the host was able...
"This property was fantastic. They had valet parking which was super nice to not have to deal with downtown. It is so central to everything in downtown Florence and it was very nice to take quick breaks in the room and cool off. 10/10 would recommend and can’t speak highly enough about our experience!"
"Absolutely fantastic stay, staff were excellent - very accommodating and really went the extra mile to make our stay as special as possible. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable/clean. Excellent hotel bar and outdoor dining space on the square - perfect for people watching. Breakfast one of the best we've had! Stayed previous night at the Four Seasons and have to say that - pool and tranquil setting aside - The Savoy surpassed in every other quantifiable way! Location is brilliant too...
"The Hospitality of this Hotel is next level. The staff was friendly and helpful beyond measure. They provided full service to our rooms, thought of everything we needed before we even had to ask. If there was anything we ever needed they had plenty of recommendations for us. Would definitely recommend staying here, very close very close to the Duomo. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous as well, staying in place of history. "

We have travelled quite a bit & I would honestly say this is one of, if not the, top hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The bed & the pillows are a great test of a good hotel, and believe me, they did not disappoint!

"Vi checkade in sent på fredagkvällen och fick tydliga instruktioner för incheckning efter receptionen stängt (-20:00). Betalning vid incheckning funkade smidigt. Helt otroligt läge, på en av de mer välbesökta piazzorna och alldeles intill Uffizi och Ponte Vecchio som var två av våra mest tydliga ”bucket-list” platser att besöka. Stort rum, bra badrum (dock lite trögt vattenflöde emellanåt) . Vi kunde gå till tågstationen (som också var närmaste spårvagnsstation från flygplatsen) Skulle varmt...
