"This Apartment was absolutely perfect. It is very nicely updated, luxurious and very clean. It is located only steps from the Duomo and 1/2 a block from the Tram that takes you to the Florence Airport. Lorenzo, our host, was wonderful at communication, and was very accommodating when we travelled into Florence and met us to give us the key. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to see the wonders of Florence."

"This place went above and beyond my expectations. The staff is incredible. They have coffee and breakfast in the morning and even called a car very early in the am for the airport and somoene was at the desk and provided a "to go" breakfast. It was truly something special. "What a surprise! There is a very small sign by a large door. We entered a barren foyer, consisting of an elevator and stairway. We went up one floor to Reception. A wonderfully pleasant man, Dario(proprietor) greeted us warmly. The hotel is part of an old palazzo, the rest being private residence. Dario took us up another floor, whereupon we entered another hallway, marked with sign for a half dozen rooms. We entered #26. Voila! A completely remodeled, large, high ceiling room. Beautiful!
