"I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately."

"We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. We always try to support small businesses in the places where we travel and the Dasniel Stebbins House did not disappoint!"

"The mini fridge wasn’t deep cleaned and the room could use an airing out between guests. There’s a bit of a musty smell. All the bedroom & bathroom windows open and, once aired, the smell goes away. But the bedrooms & bathroom were very clean. Beautiful bedding, drapery, & furniture. The largest 2-room suite I’ve seen. A entrance/sitting room with desk & end chair. Small bedroom with a twin bed, main bedroom was spacious and an efficiency kitchen complete with small stove, full sized microwave,...

"Castine is a great host, and the inn has a lot of New England charm. Great place to stay!"

"Stayed here for the Boston Marathon as a 23 y/o female and it worked well. The host was kind and responsive. The property was also nice for a home stay situation. I never felt unsafe, each room had a key lock and the bathroom sharing was never a problem. The rooms were spacious and comfortable."

"We loved everything about this place--location, spacious room, nice people work here. The continental breakfast was just okay but most continental breakfasts are similar and as advertised. The only negative? This was the most expensive place we have ever stayed in any city in any country. For several reasons we decided it was worth it (really, location is one of the best in the city)."
