"This Property is Tired. I decided to stay here since I flew into Bradley International and most of my business was between Sturbridge and Auburn. I usually stay closer to Worcester. "The room is large, clean and AC is quite and effective. In addition, the room had special shades, blinds, to keep the room dark at morning hours, this worked great for me."

"I canceled this trip the same day after booking because they lied about the hotel pool and that was the only reason I was going there"

"There really aren’t many amenities and no pool. The tv didn’t work in our room and had someone come up to help but they said they would need to get someone the next day …… we never got help or could watch tv while there. The breakfast was really not good and got sick off of the undercooked eggs. "

"Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay!...
