"Beautiful hotel in a great location. Traveled with small children and the children loved every minute of our stay, especially the pool. The rooms spacious and very clean. I plan to stay here again during my next visit to Mexico City. Highly recommend for families! "

"The check in and check out experiences were average nothing special, not overly friendly and warm.... Room 118 was modern, clean and well appointed but the soundproofing was one of the worst I have ever experienced with noise coming from the hallway the entire time. After I finally got to sleep when my neighbors stopped slamming doors I was rudely awakened at 5:30 a.m. with more noise in the hallway and then to top it off I was gagged by the heavy smell of grease coming from the kitchen... My room service experience was excellent, with quick service and excellent food. It is such a shame to see a potentially nice property ruined by very poor soundproofing and isolation from strong smells coming from the kitchen. I can't speak for other rooms but if this is the usual I could never stay in this hotel again. Perhaps rooms on a higher floor do not have these issues. "
