"When we checked in, we noticed lobby was very warm. Were allowed into the room 2 hours ahead of nornal checkin, so that was nice. Received our keys and went to our room only to find out it was 88 degrees and the AC wasn't working. We went to the desk and they explained the Central AC in the hotel wasn't working and they were having trouble getting someone to come in and work on fixing it. We went to the baseball game and then we came back, the temp had fallen to 85. Checked back with the front desk. They offered a fan. We then went out to dinner. Upon our return, room was at 84 degrees and we let the front desk attendant that we would be leaving and that we expected a full refund, which she said shouldn't be an issue. It's unfortunate as the hotel seemed nice ans very conveniently located to many downtown Minneapolis events and locations. Would consider giving the place another shot."
