"The pool had a slide so kids loved that! The hot tub was out of order at the time of stay. The continental breakfast is always a plus especially with kids to just have some quick options. Room was clean and really pretty large also another perk."

"The lobby, check in area was dark and no one was at the desk.
We paid for a deluxe room with 1 queen bed when I booked our stay, got a room with 2 small beds. The room was updated and clean but not what I paid for.
I would appreciate a credit of $13.98. Which is the difference in the two totals.
