"Where to start, the lack of staff during a Memorial Day weekend was inexcusable. One person at the coffee shop (Starbucks) and one person at the bar. Other than housekeeping, the staff were not friendly or seemed to lack interest in their job. The casino payout was awful and when you did hit, it took the staff a long time to respond. This is a resort ran like a small town hotel. Very strict regulations regarding what beverages or food could be brought into the hotel. Resort prices with Motel 6...

"Terrible breakfast"

"I was very pleased with the breakfast that was provided, honestly they did a really good job even though I wasn’t able to participate because I was in a hurry to get on the road. Parking was questionable didn’t really fill safe as in my vehicle, but they did have lights and it appears like they had cameras."
