"We accidentally booked an ADA room the shower was only usable in a chair. They gladly switch our room the next day. Bed was verrry comfy and the room was cozy and updated. The pool was cooking but not too. Cocktails at the bars were pretty spendy but staff was friendly. Walking distance to cute shops and restaurants and to the aquarium and botanical garden. Would stay again."

"We didn’t receive the room we reserved. It was very dirty. There were bugs. There was black mold on the wall of the bathroom. Would not recommend."
