"No cleaning service the entire time I was there, and the supposed two free bottles of water per day were not delivered. The bed took up virtually the entire room, which isn’t that unusual in NYC, but it means the A/C vent blows right onto the bed and makes for an uncomfortable sleep. Bed and pillows were ok, bathroom amenities were basic but fine. It was quieter than I expected, being located in the middle of lots of major sites/theaters/restaurants."

"Cozy little hotel in Manhattan. Traveled with my husband to NYC and stayed in Little Charlie. This hotel gives you the impression that you’re staying in a cute European hotel. The room was cozy, very well kept, clean and with all the amenities. They served daily breakfast with delicious pastries and coffee. The room and the hotel was impeccably clean, look immaculate and smelled amazing. We had the most amazing time and definitely coming back!"

"There were several problems with my room (unfunctioning lamps, no glass/cup in the bathroom, inadequate outlets for charging, but especially VERY lumpy pillows). But the staff was very responsive to fixing (most of) them. These problems shouldn't have existed, but because of the excellent staff, I'm reluctant to rate the hotel lower. I'm sure my experience was unusual, and under better circumstances, I would stay there again."

"Das Zimmer ist sehr klein aber für die alleinige Übernachtung ausreichend. Wir hatten ein dreckiges Handtuch im Zimmer, bekamen aber auf Anfrage sofort ein neues.
Ansonsten hat das Hotel eine sehr gute und zentrale Lage - auch die Aussicht ist top. Wir waren rundum zufrieden 😊"

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site. Definitely a bed in Manhattan managed by NON-Hospitality professionals"

"My family of 4 stayed in a Queen/bunk room. The room was small but the space was utilized well and we did not feel too cramped. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. Location was great if you’re interested in staying close to Times Square. Easy access to the subway system.

"The receptionist (a lady) was a bit rude; I understand I was trying to check in early, but there is no need to show a bad attitude toward people who want to spend money at the hotel. Special recognition goes to the cafeteria staff they are amazing and very helpful! Perhaps they should consider working at the front desk! My room had a lovely view but needs a renovation; it looks very worn."
