The roof in the indoor pool room had lost several ceiling tiles, there was Clearwater damage, and there was a several pieces of insulation coming out. The morning breakfast was hosted by a very rude woman who would slam lid shut if someone forgot to close it. They’re also was approximately 6 to 8 ladybugs in our bathroom at any point."

"We had a very pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express. Staff was very nice, check in was quick, the room and bathroom was very nice and clean! They had a very nice complimentary breakfast in the morning. The eggs were real. Not the fake kind. Very pleasantly surprised! Checkout was easy. Would definitely recommend!"
