"Clean room staff friendly close to light rail and market square"

"Dirtiest nice hotel. We stayed 4 nights. First we arrived and valet was $125 a night when we booked based on the $42 price on the website. Then they had valet at a separate parking garage and gave us the incorrect address to locate it. 40 minutes later we arrive at the separate garage and the attendants are swearing loudly at each other requesting a luggage cart for us. Check in people were kind and upgraded our room but moved us from the requested river view without telling us. We were excited about the room, but it was disappointing because of how unkempt it was. Stains on ceiling and bathroom. Ceiling by window covered in cobwebs and peeling paint. Stains in the mattress and no mattress cover. We found clothing from the last people who stayed. Outlets were loose and sparked when attempted to use. Very disappointing in terms of cleanliness. "

"The house keeping staff was the best I forgot my ri g when I checked out the house keeper that had started clearing my room was very honest. She found my ring and wrapped it in a piece of paper and had it ready to turn in. I was very thankful and impressed. The ring was worth over 9000.00. Thung could have went differently. The lady deserve a medal. I tip here generously and am thankfull. Stayed 4-24-2026 rm 617"

"The staff were very friendly. We were there for the NFL Draft and the gentleman at the front desk took the time to show me a map and told me the best way to get to the draft activities. The pool and hot tub were really nice and the hotel had a great breakfast! Would definitely stay there again."

"Positives: Pleasant staff and great breakfast buffet was available (additional cost) Negatives: Front desk staff was not informed or knowledgeable about transportation to the NFL Draft (which was the reason everyone was in town) Housekeeping did not replace towels they removed (no face cloths / only 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel for 2 people) and bath gel was empty."
