"For accessibility it has the features but not usable features for a wheelchair bound individual. I am bilateral aka and I was out in a room that I could not access bathroom and front desk said there was nothing else available so I stayed 4 days without shower and had to go to Walmart for bathroom usage! They checked me in and saw clearly I had no legs and was in a wheelchair! That shows the nature of this hotel making sure their guest are taken care of! Note this only reason I stayed is because...

"Everyone and everything was wonderful!I especially enjoyed the pool!!! Unlike a lot of the hotels on line that fall short of their descriptions this hotel was right on!!! I will be making this hotel my place to stay in Lancaster Ohio!!!"
