"I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Proctors Theatre and this hotel was only a short 8 minute walk to the theater. I was pleasantly surprised by the room for an inexpensive hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside? "Stayed with the family. Room was spacious with full kitchen and a living area. Very clean and courteous staff. Breakfast was good. Parking was ample. The room was facing the river. I’d definitely go back again."

"The room was very nice and staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful location. My only complaint is while the towels were large enough and very soft they did not absorb water very well. The was a very nice coffee shop in the hotel. The building is historical and they are still working on some of the details so anticipate things getting even better"

"The property s centrally located in Schnecady, NY. The room had an extreme stale odor-old carpet odor. Breakfast was good, Parking excellent and staff were great."

"There was hair in the bathtub. We couldn't get many channels on the TV. The breakfast was good! The coffee was weak. Carpets appeared to be worn need to be replaced."

"Not a nice place! Mattress & flooring was ripped in several places. Ceilings stained. Front desk employees were rude! Breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs and instant coffee. Don’t waste your $$$ go down the street"

"I didn’t expect much for the price but this place is the stuff of nightmares. The furniture looks like it was picked up off the side of the road. The chair by the desk was a flimsy wheeled chair, the kind you pick up for a couple of bucks because you know your kid is going to trash it anyway. This on looked like it was retired from decades in a teenagers room, then set on fire. The bathroom door didn’t shut and the white paint was smeared with filth all over.
