Room Comfort, Perfect.
Restaurant - very accommodating and we could tell the staff loved what they do.
Breakfast was a little confusing as we got shown to a seat and left with no idea that we could help ourselves to the yogurts and fruit. Breakfast order was taken eventually so this is the only are i think the hotel could improve."
"A delightful hotel in the heart of Covent Garden. My room was comfortable and spacious and the bed (especially the pillows) was very comfortable. The staff I interacted with were all helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay there again!"
"The lobby is pleasant and inviting. The rooms are decent sized for this part of London. We arrived very early in the morning and no rooms were available for early check-in, but the staff offered complementary breakfast, an ample and well-chosen buffet. We experienced some serious construction noise above us toward the end of our stay. It would have been nice to be forewarned, but it was a relatively minor inconvenience."
