"The hotel itself was excellent. Sadly, the staff weren’t always so helpful - but always friendly. Some inconsistencies with room service during my stay: coffee arriving cold, wrong order, no condiments - that sort of thing. I had a massage at the spa and my masseuse was truly a magician (thanks again)! One thing that I did struggle with is the caged birds in reception. Granted they were there all day, but still, they did bounce around their cages which was sad to see."

"Room was clean with great views. Club Lounge was a great option for us as we had planned to stay in for most of the day. The 5 meal presentations throughout the day provided the perfect amount of food, buffet style. Breakfast options at the Colony at the ground floor was much more abundant compared to the Club Lounge offering. Would recommend visiting there instead."
