"I would have loved a hot tub. "

"The bathtub didn't have and slip resistant mat and I slipped while getting in and out of the tub. I let the front desk know. Also, the toilet didn't work on our last day so we had to use the restrooms in the lobby. I was told there was no one available on Sunday to fix it. "

"Staff was great, breakfast on the weekend was excellent!! The breakfast menu was limited during the week. Unfortunately the pool has been out of order for weeks and we were not told this. The housekeeping was only available every other day and they didn’t bring towels, they had to be requested. The bed was also very hard & the pillows were awful. We ended up getting an air mattress & pillows from Walmart for sleeping. "

"Not great when maybe too fully booked. When checking in the reception changed our room and said that Expedia had booked handycap room in error. Bed sheets did not fit the beds in our double Queen room and one of the beds had dried food that was maybe trapped in the wash but disgusting when I pulled the blanket back to get in bed. I did not like the crowded breakfast area and was not able to get any breakfast."

"Excellent hotel. Hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful. The manager, April, was incredible! She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and put us in a beautiful room that was quiet and relaxing. Thank you April. Great experience. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"I liked it here. I travel a lot for business and this was on the lower end of the places I normally stay. It was much nicer than I expected. Everything was basic, but clean. The gym could use new treadmills!"

"For being a “higher”end hotel. A lot of “quick fixes” were made in the room we stayed in. Cosmetically the room needs work. "

"They give me a room that had been used then changed me to a room that had bed bugs not happy at all poor staff and house keeping "

"This hotel's website says it has a continental breakfast. No, it doesn't. The big one is that the bed n my room is the worst bed I have ever spelt on in 67 years."
