"Everything listed was untrue. The property was literally unliveable. It is on mountain top and is broke down house with cat and dog smell and really not livable condition. Stay away. This is scam"

"Room was lovely and clean. Bathrooms are quite small for a family room, but we managed fine. We were in the Roesli but could use facilities at the sister hotel the Baslertor which is across the road. Pool was lovely, plenty of towels and a sauna. Will be great in the summer! Staff were lovely and walked us over to show us how to get in. There’s no lift so be mindful of those heavy bags! A lovely stay for the night."
