"This hotel has an excellent view of the lake and is across the street from the waterfront. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Chapel Bridge. Our stay was a bit rainy but the hotel had umbrellas that we could borrow. We got a wonderful dinner recommendation from the front desk. Our room was clean, lovely and spacious. "Excellent stay, beautiful rooms, kindest staff. They were able to support us with changing to hypoallergenic bedding quickly. Only suggestion that I have is some cleverly disguised fly tapes in the lobby. We had to sit waiting for the weather to clear and the house flies were a bit irritating. Otherwise gorgeous property and amazing stay!"

"A good hotel for young families. They have a play area for young children, which our eight year old loved. The family room was nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good. Located outside of Lucerne city centre, it is well connected by frequent buses to and from the city. There's an Aldi nearby too."
