"Don't judge this hotel by its exterior! It is absolutely beautiful inside. Staff were all very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay fantastic. Best free breakfast I've ever seen from a hotel. We had an issue with the initial room assigned, but the staff corrected immediately and assigned us a different room."

"I had an exceptional stay at the Hilton Chicago. From the moment I arrived, the entire team made me feel genuinely welcome. I especially want to recognize Hadley at the front desk, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The housekeeping team, bell staff, and everyone else I encountered provided excellent service and treated me wonderfully. The fitness center was outstanding and had everything I needed to maintain my workouts while traveling. My room, 1804, was comfortable, clean, and exceptional in every way. I truly loved my experience at the Hilton Chicago and am extremely grateful to Hadley and the entire team for making my stay so memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel."
