"Pool was not open even though it was supposed to be during our stay. Was told there was glass in it but then told they had the company out already to clean it but they just didn’t want to open it. Breakfast was supposed to be until 930 but at 830 there was no milk, no coffee, no syrup, no sausage and when I asked they said “yea breakfast is over” and clicks her phone to see it’s not even 9am yet and goes “oh.
