"Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"This is nothing against expedia or the property as a whole. The room was terrible and i could not stay more than two nights. The A/C, and hot water in the shower did not work. The sink faucet in the kitchenette was about to break off. As for safety the smoke detector was taped over and the shower had black mold. I understand the owner has several units and most in the same condition. I ended up getting another unit in tower four that was much nicer. I do not expect a refund but somethung needs...

"Shower was not working. The bed caved in and bar soaps from past tenants were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Need I say more…"
