Steps away from the sea, you walk up a tower (literally) into the magical Chateau de Theoule, where you walk along stone-paved gardens from the pool, restaurant/bar, spa, and spacious rooms. Parking is available and the valet staff was very professional. The hotel has a private beach club and the water is less crowded than the other beaches nearby. For the price tag and luxury experience, though, I was surprised by the lack of personal care and grooming...
"Really really enjoyed this hotel. Pool is perfect, rooms are all different but the two I saw were both lovely (simple) and well maintained. air conditioning is excellent - silent, modern, effective, easy to set. Close to the road but very quiet all day and night. Restaurant is exceptional - beautiful interior and best meal I’ve had this entire trip. The area of the strip here is quieter than just down the road too, near Pullman. Looked chaotic over there comparatively. Staff are super helpful...

"Such lovely people run this b&b! Very authentic, lovely breakfast on a charming terrace, very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was welcome as it was very hot when we were there. Downhill walk into Cannes about 10 mins. Uphill back a little more punishing to walk in the heat, but I did notice a bus stop nearby. Casual, welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely return. "
